The Clean Stroke Training Balls are sports-specific tennis training tools designed to develop mechanics, power, consistency, and conditioning, with a focus on player skill, control, and concentration.

  • Demands full use of the kinetic chain: legs, hips, core, and upper body.

  • Functions as both a technical training tool and conditioning tool.

  • Designed for regular-size tennis rackets.

 

 

Set Details: Comes in a set of 3 balls, lasting 4–6 months depending on usage. Do not leave them outside, store at room temperature to maintain optimal foam quality.

The Clean Stroke Tennis Balls – TRAINING Program

(Full Sequence + Bonus Drills)

TIME & VOLUME

  • Drills 1–8: ~1–2 minutes each, or 25 good contacts per side/shot (whichever comes first)

  • Drills 9–10: 2–3 minutes per drill (match-like play), still aiming for quality contacts

  • Drills 11–14: 1–2 minutes or 25 good contacts per side/shot, depending on complexity
